A picture of Dr. Kamsi, D.C. from The Joint Encinitas, CAMeet Dr. Alex Kamsi:

Dr. Alex Kamsi graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. He has extensive experience in freeing people of all ages from pain by correcting spinal subluxations. He strongly believes in the chiropractic philosophy that by removing the underlying subluxation, nerve function can be restored to help maximize and speed up the body’s innate healing process.Dr. Kamsi is also well-versed in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of sports injuries. Dr. Kamsi is very proud to be part of The Joint, making quality chiropractic care readily accessible and affordable to everyone.

Meet Dr. Kaiden Maxwell:

After years of undergoing treatment at the hands of orthopedic surgeons, including two disabling back surgeries, Dr. Maxwell developed a keen interest in spinal health and set himself on the path to becoming a spine specialist himself. “Since surgery didn’t work and only made my condition worse,” he explains, “I turned my attention to a profession focused on the spine in an entirely holistic, noninvasive way.” Through his education as a chiropractor and his direct experience as a chiropractic patient, Dr. Maxwell came to realize that, had he been blessed with the opportunity of being under chiropractic care as a young child, his spine might have developed normally. Inspired by this insight, Dr. Maxell made a lifelong commitment to help people of all ages and backgrounds get on a path to optimum health.

Upon graduating from Los Angeles College of chiropractic in 1999, Dr. Maxwell assisted a very successful doctor run a high volume office in Long Beach, California. “Running a high volume clinic in my first year out of school helped me develop excellent adjusting skills in a short time,” he says about this rare early career opportunity.

Today, Dr. Maxwell’s spirituality is at the forefront of his interests outside of his practice and includes daily meditation and yoga. He is a percussionist at heart, having played traditional drums and African percussion for over 20 years. He recently has taken up learning to play the tablas, an East Indian percussion instrument. Dr. Maxwell’s days are guided by the words of an ancient Arabian proverb, “one who has health has hope; and one who has hope has everything.”
